01Who we are

Rover Hangar is a product of Rovemark, a Brazilian company. We are responsible for the data in your Rovemark account and on this website. To reach us about privacy, write to privacy@roverhangar.com.

02What stays on your computer

Conversations, rovers, routines, working files, and each rover's memory stay on your computer.

The vault is encrypted, and its key lives in the macOS Keychain. Rovemark does not have that key and cannot open the vault.

03What goes to Rovemark

Account data (name, email, plan, and payment history), the minimum technical data the app needs to run and update and, on paid plans, whatever you choose to sync between your devices.

Anything synced from the vault arrives encrypted. When you use Rovemark credits, the request goes through the Rovemark Router to the chosen engine, and we record usage for billing.

04Third-party AI engines

When a rover uses an AI engine such as Claude Code, Codex, Muse, Grok, or GPT, the task text goes to that engine's provider and follows its rules. If you use your own subscription, your agreement with that provider applies.

05Hangar Network

On the Network (Pro and Max), messages between hangars are encrypted end to end. The Rovemark server only carries closed data we cannot read, and holds the message until anyone offline receives it.

06How we use data

To keep your account running, bill your plan, deliver the app and its updates, provide support, and protect the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use what your rovers do to train models.

07Your rights under the LGPD

You can request access, correction, portability, and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, in the app or at privacy@roverhangar.com. Deleting the app removes what is on your computer.

08Changes

This is an initial version under legal review. When it changes, we'll let you know in the app and update the date at the top of this page.
